Who we are

This free GEO / AI Search Visibility audit at geo.digitalsynergy.ai is operated by Digital Synergy LLC (“Digital Synergy,” “we,” “us”), a veteran-owned AI digital marketing agency based in Minneapolis & St. Paul, Minnesota.

What we collect

• What you enter in the form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), business name, website address and the keywords you choose.
• Audit results: the questions we ask AI engines, their answers, and the scores and recommendations in your report.
• Technical data: your IP address is used briefly to limit how many audits can be run, to prevent abuse. It is not stored with your report. Google reCAPTCHA may collect device and usage information to tell people from bots, under Google's Privacy Policy.
• Strategist chat: if you use the AI strategist on your report, the messages you type.

How we use it

• To run your audit and show and email you the report.
• To follow up about your results: a few emails with tips and an invitation to a free strategy call. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To contact you if you ask us to, and to keep a record of your request in our customer system.
• To protect the service from abuse and keep it working.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We use service providers to run the audit. Each receives only what it needs:

• AI engines (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic and Perplexity) receive your business name, website and keywords, or questions built from them. They do not receive your name, email or phone number.
• Website checks (Google PageSpeed and a search-results provider) receive your website address and business name.
• Hosting and storage (Vercel and Neon) host the site and store submissions and reports.
• Email (Resend) delivers your report and follow-up emails.
• Customer management (GoHighLevel) stores your contact details and audit summary so our team can follow up.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Your report link

Your report has a private, hard-to-guess link. Anyone you share that link with can see the report, so share it only with people you trust.

How long we keep it

We keep audit submissions and reports while they are useful for providing the service and following up, or until you ask us to delete them.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email.
• Ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing info@digitalsynergy.ai.

Children

This service is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
